    Rear End Gear Oil Fill

I can't find any instructions that came with my rear end from F5R, but I know I need to fill it up with gear oil. Do I need to get a new gasket when I add the oil or can I reuse what is on there now. How much do I torque the bolts on the differential cover?

If the cover came off, you must reseal it. Gasket is the right way but I have done it with the black silicone sealer also.

If you just need to fill r, and no other work inside it, you can use the fill plug on front left side (driver side) next to the pinion. Set up rear at 3*, full till level with bottom of plug hole and put plug in with pipe thread sealer. Also, don't forget the friction modifier if it's a limited slip like ford factory with the clutches and all.
