    4-Weeks and over 1800 miles

The Hot Rod has been titled four weeks today and what a blast its been!! I've driven it over 1800 miles so far and over 300 miles in one day. The only problem I've had was the speed sensor leaked, I resealed it and no problems since. I added a convertible top (was the plan from the beginning) and tweaked the suspension to get the ride quality that I wanted. I ordered new wheels and tires and will have them tomorrow, the wheels and tires on the car now came with the kit from the previous owner. The Coyote engine and the TKO500 transmission have performed great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an updated hot rod. My original plan was a small block ford with a carb and I'm glad I went with the Coyote, the drivability and fuel economy is amazing. I average between 21-23 mpg, not that this car was built with fuel economy in mind. This winter I'm going to do the body work and paint, install the carpeting, add cruise control and a hidden stereo (I'm told my singing sucks). The plan is to drive it to the Factory Five open house in June of 2018 and I would like to drive to the Huntington Beach show the following year, that should rack up a few miles from Northern Ohio. I've done part of Rt. 66 on my Harley so maybe some more of it in the 33?

mgh, the top came from Rod Tops, but you have to order it from Factory Five. I strongly recommend the top, looks great, easy to install and works great.

Thanks for the info, right now I have a 93 ZX convertible and I said I'd never own another vert, but that top on your 33 just looks sweet.
