    Just got my seats back

Just picked up my seat from the interior shop.

I love them, went a totally different way in the interior.

Thanks guys, they did such an awesome job. My car is a MK3 and these are the fiberglass seats.

They did a great job rebuilding the front and sides, even trimmed the wood to re-shape the front of the seat bottom.

Should look great with the dash.

Here is my concept. Black, Flat Black Stripes with Red Pin Stripes.

I have been staring at the wiring for six months. Not an electrical kind of guy and a little intimidated.

After that it will be ready to go to the Bat!

Here is how my interior design went.

Initially went with a silver carbon fiber, then changed to the dark grey.

Very nice! I wish we had a few color options for the interior when purchasing the kit. I think a tan color might be a popular option.

Keg I will second that. I'm planning on re-covering mine in a tan/beige. Wish is was an option from FFR.

Tan was an option back in the MK1-MK2-MK3 days, but I suspect that not that many were ordered.

My upholstery guy completely rebuilt the seats adding extra side support etc. They were the fiberglass bottom seats delivered with the Mk3's, well worth the upgrade just for that. I just thought the California desert was too hot for black.

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get your stick shift lever?

Have not seen that one before.
