Help ID-ing this car, builder, or headers

So as part of my "research" (my wife debates what differentiates research from web surfing) I look through pictures for ideas. I ran across this pic, and now can't remember where I found it. But this is darn near identical to what I want to build. Even the engine is the same; from what I can tell it's a 4.6 4V, just like the engine I'm working on now. BUT what I can't figure out is what headers are on this thing. I zoomed-in and I'm pretty sure it is a 4.6 4V but the headers don't look like anything I've found and I don't really like the FMS shorties I have.

Can any of yall help me to either identify the car so I could get in touch with the builder, or assist me in identifying the headers on this car? I appreciate it!

The clue is the top of the windshield frame missing. If I could just remember who did that...
