    S windshield trim

    I remember seeing a few guys had used a trim to finish off the look of there windshield install. Cant seem to find them in a search and cant remember if it was a started thread or in a build thread. thanks sam

    It typically comes included with a windshield install (assuming you're paying someone to do that for you.)

    Some have it, some don't. More and more modern OEM cars don't use it, and the S windshield frame is pretty tight to the glass so some installers don't put it on. The one major benefit it does have is to cover up the inconsistent gap between glass and frame.

    yeah, mine came with the install when I had it installed. Gives it a nice finished look.

    Bob did your come with the install? was planning on doing it myself and was hoping to track down the trim.

    I had a local shop put in the windshield. I don't know the trim part number.
