Gen 3 coupe TKO mid shift

I have not installed the engine/transmission yet but it looks like the new Gen 3 coupe is set up for a mid shift. My car has a TKO600 behind a Dart block 363
Do I need to modify the TKO600 to mid shift for the supplied transmission cover to fit?

You don't need to mid shift the trans. Everything is forward of the last gen car.
Shoot be a call tomorrow please.

I thought I should close this off, after further measuring and checking this is what I discovered.
The Coyote engine sits further forward and uses a drive shaft about 3 inches longer, 13.xx vs 10.xx long for the traditional small block Ford engines. For my car the mid-shift moves the shifter to the correct location to fit the transmission cover. The transmission mount is reversible to work with both engine set ups.
