    NC registration

    Does North Carolina register Cobras as 1965 or as year built

    NC will list it as a 1965 Replica. In NC the car will be treated as if it is a 1965 vehicle. No emissions or annual inspection is required. You can also legally run a 1965 license plate while in NC. Don't try driving out of state with it on. Neighboring states don't have the same allowance in their vehicle code.

    Not sure but do you have it registered in Md now? If so NC will most likely register it as the same year as it is in Md. My experience is that that seems to be a really strong default in Md and Va.
