    John-

Congratulations on a great article, and super season!

I had no idea they were doing an article on your efforts at VIR. Somehow they missed the part on the Forrest Gump like guy who kept getting in your way; I feel cheated.

I really enjoyed the article, and look forward to seeing more of your future successes!!

    Regards,

    Steve

    John,
Congratulations on your success. How wonderful to be recognized, not only at the track with the wins and places, but also in a national magazine with an article of significant depth. Your wins, enjoyed by the Factory Five engineers & team for beating the GM Corvette engineers and team is compounded by the significant investment difference, talk about a David & Goliath comparison, but none of this would be possible unless your driving skills were up to the challenge, which is a skill that is all you and what I'm sure you are most proud of as it represents a great personal accomplishment. I'm mean seriously you are beating Corvettes with an engine out of a truck, I'm certain Carroll is grinning from ear to ear.
    Cheers,
    Vince
