    33 IRS Front Mounting Bushings

I installed the 31/16" sleeves in the front IRS mounting polyurethane bushings per the manual page 82. These sleeves appear to be too long. With the bolts torqued to 100ft lbs the sleeves cause a gap between the IRS mounts and the bushing. Shouldn’t theAttachment 76557 IRS mounts be tight against the Bushings or Is this normal?

Contacted FFR and I was provided the incorrect sleeves. They are sending me the correct length sleeves.

I'm guessing your 31/16" sleeves are a typo, 13/16" maybe?
My kit with IRS should be here next month, hope they are correct.
Thanks for the heads up, I'll check mine.

Just finished installing the IRS in my Gen 3 Coupe a week or so ago. My sleeves in the front center section mounts were proud of the poly bushings similar to your pictures. Noticed it before assembly. I just ground them off to the proper length using my disk sander. I attributed it to tolerances including the poly bushings. Didn't occur to me I had the wrong parts but sounds like that might have been the case. It was a quick easy fix though.
