Any experience with American Racing Shelby replica wheels?

I have a MK4 and plan to use 18" Halibrand style wheels with polished center sections. American racing makes a good looking wheel called the VN427 Shelby Cobra. Has anyone seen these on a MK4? Are you aware of any issues with these in this application? Any help is much appreciated.

Yes, and no, no issues.

They do look a little funky due to the offset in the front and the way the centers are positioned in the ring.
