I have a MK2 with a 3 link and the Pro Shocks rears were 250 lbs and fronts were 350. If you have a IRS your rates will be different. At this time, I have Konis on it . The rates should be marked on the coils, but the road grime from the years it has been driven might make it hard to read.
X2 on what Derald stated above - 350# fronts, 250# rears on my MKII . . . still running the original Pro shocks - 3-link in rear. Shocks have the "upgrade" from Pro.
