Carbon Fiber Side Scoops Now Available

I do believe these really help to update the look of the car. They do involve some planning and some work to get them blended into the body. We ended up grinding down into the body around that whole area so that the edge of the CF scoop sits flush with the body. The scoop part is oversized.....so it's actually probably 3/4" larger all the way around from what you see in the photos. We ground the body down in that 3/4" overlap area so the perimeter sits down into the body. Once we got it all fitted, we painted and clear coated the area behind the scoop. Then we bonded the scoop to the body and blended the scoop to the body so there is no edge or ridge or breaking point there....it flows seamlessly into the rest of the body.
