    drive shaft size?

I have a MKIII with an Explorer 302 and 1995 mustang 5 speed transmission.

It is a 28 spline. According to the book i need the 10.375 shaft.

Factory Five only offer two sizes in their parts catalog however? And this is not one of those sizes.

I would give them a call ... 1) the technical folks might have an answer; 2) they do have items that are not in the online catalog; and, 3) I would the distance from the pinion face to the transmission once installed ...the manual is not always up to date.

The 95 and 94 bell housing is a bit longer than the 93-87 bell housings. That length sounds about right. When you order your ffr kit they ask you what your donor will be. They stipulate the right parts for your build. If you need the shorter drive shaft due to the longer bell housing... Call FFR with your request. I bet they have it.
