    master cylinders

    I've got the two different sizes .75 & .62. Which one goes on the drivers side and which for the passenger side?

    The larger one (.75) is for the front brakes, which is the one closest to the engine (right side).

    Does it make a difference on DS vs. PS as along as the larger MC goes to the front?

    Probably not, but you will need to adjust the balance bar opposite of the way it is set up to ensure you are applying pressure on the correct MC over the full travel of the brake pedal.

    Correct, and I suggest you mark each one (front, rear) some way so when you go to adjust them it will be easy to tell which is which.
