    1st post, Started building today

    Good evening,
I have my 1st issue. Are the Coil-Over hats supposed to have snap-rings in them? Or are they missing?
    Thanks,
    Andrew

Welcome. Are you asking if the shocks are shipped with the snap rings already installed, meaning you have to remove them to assemble the coilovers? This is the process shown in the instruction manual BTW. Or are you asking if they are shipped separately? I've seen it both ways. Either way, yes they are required. Whether already in the hat when shipped or not.

Welcome! When you do your inventory, take the time to open every single box, bag of parts, and piece of crumpled paper. It's easy to overlook small parts otherwise. If something is missing, let Factory Five know and they will send you the parts.

My shocks came assembled, with snap rings in place on the tube to seat the threaded collar against. You can see it at the top of this picture.
