    Why does the page display like this?

    Lately, when I go to a forum link, it displays like an outline. Even when I copy and paste it. I use Safari on my Apple devices and Chrome on Apple and Windows machines.

    That means that part of the page (the CSS file) didn't load - so you've got a spotty internet connection, or the website server is having issues - but it's likely the former. Usually refresh the page and it'll get better.
