I haven't done it but I saw someone had mounted some LED's in the license plate surround

FFR33 #997 (Gen1 chassis, Gen2 body), license plate DRIVE IT says it all! build thread
My build: 350SBC, TKO600, hardtop, no fenders/hood, 32 grill, 3 link, sway bars, 355/30r19
Previous cars: GTD40, Cobra, tubeframe 55 Chevy, 66 Nova, 56 F100
Ohhhh....never thought of that .....that's kind of cool.
My concern and why I'm thinking about adding them is in SoDak, for some odd reason people exceed parking lot speed limits all the time and for whatever the reason they tend to slow down / stop for reverse lights verses a brake light.
My reverse light is a combo light with my license plate light, its from United Pacific, I ordered it from a local dealer, the link is this: https://www.uptruckparts.com/chrome-...-backup-110204
I like the light as it is inconspicuous and it is a strong light for reversing. If you have a backup camera you can adapt the bracket to hold it as well and then you have the max view behind you at all times.

NKD_0136.jpg You can see it better here

Black & Copper #1028 ("The Mistress" according to my wife! )
Brought home: Nov. 2017, GoKart: May 2018, will be Plated & on the Road April 2020

Very nice, I like that...Thanks
I bought mine from amazon here:

I attached them right to sheet metal of the trunk. Works fine so far.

Actually looked at those on Amazon a couple weeks back. I think they are tagged in a wishlist.
