I hope your building ordinances are better than ours. My external garage was restricted to 100A of 220V service. I have to shut off my 60 gallon compressor before I can use my MIG welding machine as one of them might trip the breaker if they run at the same time.

You do what you have to do. Your garage is looking good.
The sad thing about these wonder drugs is they price them so no one can afford them. You read about people making the choice between their meds and the heat bill.... well it's true. Hope to never get to that point. Don't know what I would choose.

The retired electrician I'm working with said we could run 200 amp service from the house to the garage but the oldish panel board in the house will only accept a 125 amp fuse so it's 200 amp wire to a 200 amp board to carry 125 amp service. I could have gone with a 150 amp board and wire but they are considered special and cost more.
