Question stock plug gap for coyote - just checking

from what I see in the manual for a 2018+ Gen3 coyote, the gap should be .049-.053, generally the smaller the gap there's a bit more performance, and wider gap is better economy (to a point)

I pulled my plugs as I'm going to oil the chambers and spin the motor manually to keep things oiled up - was surprised to see this soot on the plug already
I'm assuming Ford tests each engine before they ship? I know some coolant came out of the lower water jacket plug when I installed the water temp sensor

markings on the plugs - they look to be Ford branded NGKs
    Ford CYFS 092FT
    LTR7CP13 JAPAN N0078
