    Finally, inspected and registered!

Finally, the day arrived when I could pick up lisence plates for my roadster. Been building since 2019, the last year has pretty much consisted of waiting for inspection appointments. Well, passed on first try, nothing that needed correction. Even passed the noise test. The car has a 352 stroker based on the Ford Motorsport Boss block, Tremec T56 6-speed, McLeod double disc clutch, IRS, Wilwoods with hydroboost, Speedmaster 8-stack injection with FAST Sportsman EFI and numerous upgrades from FFR, Forte, Reynolds, Boig and Russ Thompson. The wheels are custom made 18" American Racing wheels. (Wanted to have a modern version of the Kidney Bean wheels) The car is a dream to drive. Reasonably smooth on uneven surfaces, handles like a go cart and goes plenty fast. The only thing left to do is paint. Want to drive it in gelcoat for a year or two while I save up for that. I want to thank everyone on the forums that have helped me in my build, both by answering questions I have asked, and also providing solutions and tips before I even started the build. The driving season is coming to an end here in Norway, but I'm going to drive the car as much as I can before winter sets in. Happy driving everyone!

Thank you! I wanted something different, and I like how the KidneyBeans on Ken Miles' car in Sebring 63 looked. I decided I wanted that look on 18" wheels. I wanted true pin-drive wheels, but they couldn't make these within tolerances for the ET i needed without using pin-drive front suspension, which isn't ideal from a handling view, so had to ditch that idea. I have spinners for the wheels as well, haven't tried them on yet.
