Normally I’d say 65 to 70k but given the Barrett Jackson factor with stacks, blue & white paint, too much chrome and Shelby’s signature I’ll bump it up to 95K. Should be interesting to watch.

Anyone know where it'll be in the auction? I'll be there Tuesday and Wednesday..... would be fun to watch the bidding.

If that was on BAT, I'm not d
Sure it would go for over 70k.....

It is powered by a 302ci small-block Ford engine that has been bored .30 over and features Weber stacked fuel injection. Other performance enhancements include GT40 heads, ceramic-coated race headers into the correct side-exit exhaust, a Ford E303 camshaft,

Same engine as mine except it is .30 over. And I have actual carbs

    Not a gen3 Type65.

I don't think it'll go very high, but I've been wrong predicting B-J auctions before.

For a Gen 2? Worth 55-60, but to someone who doesn't know the Gen 3 is a better option, maybe 75-80??

Based on the seats being used, I would guess it's an early Gen 1. My coupe was #031, kit purchased in 2001 and featured those same seats. Beautiful car, though.

Classic/hot rod market in general seems really soft right now. I’ve been watching the Mecum Kissimmee auctions the last couple of days and can’t believe what some of the cars have been going for.

First few days at B-J I really thought things were going for a nice chunk over value.
I'll guess this goes for 65ish

Really big money! Good for the seller but you'd think for that they could at least get the hood weatherstripping to stay on and install the door weatherstrip in the proper place That's a really early Mk4 (7270); I built 7276 for a customer and it was one of the first 50 out the door.

Did I read this correctly? 59 miles since completion? And it's how old? Maybe I'm way off base here, but if this is an early Mark IV, either the builder took forever to build it or never took it out of the garage in what, 12 or 13 years? Whatever.

    $72,600 at final hammer.
Always good to see the FFR products getting a decent dollar!
