Description of Setting This shot was taken at the Huntington Beach Pier just hours before the Annual Factory Five HB Cruise-In. Having reserved the plaza for the show we were able to roll the cars from Car Warriors out directly in front of the pier and snap off a few pics. We also had the East Coast car and while it was gorgeous with it's two tone Orange paint, it just didn't look as "at home" as this one did.
As most already know, the car was built in 48 hours for the TV show "Car Warriors" as a Salt Flats tribute with custom touches like aircraft aluminum paint (with rivets, and louvers), fabricated side-exit headers, diamond pleated interior, 300HP 302 with nitrous, Roll bar with headrest fairing, reverse opening trunk, etc. Having completed the car in Northridge CA in November, this was the first time we had seen it and having it here at the beach was like a home coming.
Camera settings- Lumix FZ150 at 300mm, 1/125 at F8. 7am
