    Slabsides maiden voyage

Took the slab out for the first time to a car show not too far from me. There were 4 other Factory Five roadsters there, really beautiful cars. all day there was a threat of rain, but it held off. All in all it was a fun day. I would have taken more pics but my camera took a dump about a 1/2 hr after we arrived. Here are some of what I did get.

    John O

FFR 1293K - First Factory Five slabside. Replica of CSX 2367. 289 Hi-Po, original Cobra dual quads manifold with original Carter 3258s and 3259s carbs, Dayton wire wheels, Tremec 5-speed, 355 trac-loc rear, original Amco Cobra luggage rack.

Now that the 818 was introduced at SEMA, maybe we can get comments from FFR on the possibility of a 289 body-style kit!!!!
    Later,

Outstanding! Do you have a build thread with details on what it took to mate the slab side to the FFR chassis?
