Pulley Bracket/Stand-off Shoulder Spacer Water Pump Bolt Coolant Leak

After my first start, my motor had a small leak via the March pulley bracket bolt which went through a long spacer and went completely into the water pump. I initially cheated, and pulled my finger from the dike and slathered the bolt’s threads with Permatex high tempature thread sealant and zipped it back in. After running her for a couple hundred miles, I noticed the dribble again...

This time, I drained her, raised the rear end to ensure the threads were dry and put a heat gun on everything to ensure it was without moisture and waited a day and a half for it to cure. Initially worked fine, but today after a hundred miles - she is dribbling again.

Anyone know a stout high tempature/pressure thread sealant or paste that will hold?
