Just saw this on Craigslist. Looks like a 1-donor car. Only damage is to the passenger side fender.
Seems a little pricey though...

Yeah. seems a little pricey given the miles and damage. I paid less then half for my wagon with less miles. and no real damage, but some rust.

I think his asking price looks pretty reasonable (it is an OBO). There will be a lot of good parts to sell to reclaim some of the purchase price. It is also one that you would be able to test drive (which can't be said for anything from an insurance auction).

You have a point about the resale of parts. But keep in mind most of the people looking for parts (kids who race or wreck them) want parts for the sedan. Just my opinion. I figure I will end up tossing most of whats left due to the fact that mine is a wagon.
