Driver Side footbox mod

Hello all, can anyone point me to a vendor who makes the Drivers Side footbox mod. I found the vendor sometime ago, however, I have lost the contact info. The mod is for a dead pedal bump out on the Driver Side. I believe the piece sold for $28. HELP!!!

This is not an mk4, correct? I this mod is mk3.1 and earlier only.

The left side of the driver's footbox is already pushed out as far as possible on the Mk4. No room for a bumpout; it would collide with the body.
