    Head Light Buckets

Head light buckets in my car are paper thin and the mounting inserts loose and pull out. Here is my solution to the problem,I made aluminum mounting plates that are going to be bonded with epoxy and a couple of rivets

I'm having the same issue. My buckets are hollow, and there is not enough material to faithfully hold the lights. I've thought about filling them with epoxy, and also using an aluminum ring around the
lamp assembly similar to what you have shown.
