I'm working towards the final bodywork stage and need to get the body on the chassis for the last round of fitting. One of the things I still needed to do was grind down all of the screws that protrude into the channel. I'm working on them one-at-a-time, grinding off just a little on a wheel, then running them under the wire brush to clean-up the threads. So far, I've tackled ten of the screws... the eight that hold the frame together, as well as the two that hold the bottom bracket for the center support rod.

Here's an example of the before and after of the two holding the support rod bracket at the bottom of the frame - the one on the left is done and the one on the right hasn't been touched yet.
