    Shadetree Carb Blueprinting

So, my [URL=http://www.ffcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=266703]FFCars thread[/thread] about shadetree carb tuning explained the problems that I've been having and what I've done to try to fix it. Glenn and Wayne (and others) were gracious enough to jump in with tons of advice and Glenn offered to help me blueprint the carb so this thread will document that process as much as possible.

Tonight, I measured sent Glenn the following measurements from the carb:

    Primary Jet Size - 66
    Secondary Jet Size - 77
    Primary Power Valve - 65
    Secondary Power Valve - 65
Primary Idle Feed Restriction (IFR) - 0.029
Secondary Idle Feed Restriction (IFR) - 0.029
Idle Air Bleed (IAB) - 75
High Speed Air Bleed (HSAB) - 36
Primary Power Valve Channel Restriction (PVCR) - 0.0565
Secondary Power Valve Channel Restriction (PVCR) - 0.0565
    Venturi Size - 1-3/8"
    Throttle Opening Size - 1-11/16"

So, here we go. Feel free to pipe in!

    What size are your squirters?

Also don't forget that because of the way jets are manufactured the stamped rating may not be what it's actually flowing at - supposedly they can differ +/- 4 from the actual rating.
