Will be joining the community soon... :-)

    Hello Everyone,

I've been watching the forum and FFR since March.

unfortunately buying a kit has been outside my finances for a while, however I'm fast approaching the opportunity to order a GTM.
I'm a little bit worried about bodywork as I have as much experience working with Fiberglass as my 3 year old daughter. But, I'm no stranger to mechanics.

I will probably be asking more questions then actually offering answers to the forum, but from what I've gathered, it is a tight knit community that I look forward to being a part of.

Welcome to the forum. A lot of builders have been intimidated by bodywork, but there are several threads that can help walk most of us through the steps. Enjoy your build.

Sigh, you gotta love when you get all your ducks in a row, Get quotes and time tables for parts, meet all sorts of great people... I was even seconds away from clicking the send button on my deposit for my GTM...

and something new comes along you how no idea was on the horizon... and your FFR dream evaporates yet again.
    One step at a time.

Well, Big plans for this year...

My son was born on 1/4/14 (Which is why I pulled out of my last GTM order...) Figured I would share that with the community. hopefully after the summer and things begin to fall into a routine I can revisit this dream. Hopefully FFR does another 50/50 sale at the end of the year.
