    Karen Salvaggio Wins at Bondurants!

    Guys,

I don't have to tell anybody here what a great community member Karen Salvaggio is. Last weekend, she had both of her Coupes over at the Bondurant School for Bob's 80th birthday/race event. Her cars ran fast against some serious hardware and ended up on the podium. Here are some pictures and the full story is on our website.

Bob Bondurant terrorized the track in an original 427 Cobra.

Famous Daytona Coupe driver John Morton.

Karen owns two Factory Five Type 65 Coupes – “The Warrior Queen” and “The Warrior Princess”

Here's a picture of Karen from our Hot Rod Magazine track test last spring.

Wow! That would have been a fun day. Congrats Karen.

I am starting to get the coupe bug, and my roadster is not even finished.

Congrats to Karen and team for a splendid performance. Congrats to Bob Bondurant on 80 years and notable achievement. Congrats to Factory Five for producing an achievable dream.

As the fiftieth year of the Daytona Coupe's arrival on track approaches, does anybody know of a celebration for that event?

    Karen,

Congrats on a great showing for you and the coupes. I agree with Mark, Allen Grant sure looks different with hair! In fact, he kind of looks like John Morton ... Seriously, though, it's wonderful to see both of those coupes hitting the track. As always, it's great to see what a terrific ambassador you are for Factory Five in general and especially for us coupesters!

    Congrats Karen, way to represent.

What an honor to have legendary drivers run your car and do so well. A true testament to the quality of the build.

It was great to meet Karen and talk with her about the coupes. She is definitely a gearhead. Glad she did so well at the event. It was a pretty special gathering.

    Thanks,
