Here's a few photos and stay tuned to www.factoryfive.com, our Facebook page, and here on The Factory Five Forum for more SEMA 2013 updates.

SEMA begins! Here's a peek at our newly-painted Mk4 Roadster in the Factory Five booth just prior to the show's opening. I can tell you from the past several years that there are few displays at SEMA more densely packed with people than the Factory Five booth, and this year promises to be the busiest in a long time. Stay tuned for more updates from throughout the show.

At this year's SEMA Show, Factory Five has four 818s on display! We have an 818R and an 818S in our booth (pictured here before the start of the show), a right-hand-drive 818S in Wilwood's booth, and a customer built 818S in the Toyo Tread Pass area. We'll have more photos of all these cars soon.

We'll definitely have more images of the 818 soft top coming soon. I'll see if the crew at SEMA can grab some during the week and if not, we'll post some when it gets back.

Here's a few more photos from set-up this morning. Waiting for the crew at SEMA to send us more, but I'm sure they're very busy and will get us more pics and info ASAP.

Here's a cool shot of the Factory Five booth at SEMA this year.

That yellow on grey Cobra is hot sh*t! Really great color combo!

I'm still trolling AutoBlog to make them cover the Factory Five at least once!

The first two days of the SEMA Show saw strong booth traffic and media attention. From Power Automedia and Modified Mustangs and Fast Fords Magazine to famed Daytona Coupe designer Pete Brock and Factory Five customers stopping by the booth, it’s been an exciting show! Here are some photos from the show so far.

The crew from Snap-On Tools has their latest Mk4 Roadster on display in their booth.

Power Automedia’s Jessica Barton interviews Factory Fives Nate Johnson yesterday during the show.

This new RHD (!) 818S is featured in Wilwood’s booth to show off their latest brakes.

Jimbo B’s Factory Five ’33, built by H.A.C.K. Shack Inc., is on display as a Feature Vehicle.

Can you take a close-up shot of how FFR finished off the inside edges of the 818 windshield? My glass guy is confused about what to do there.
Also, the 818 inside door panels and the area between the steering wheel and the dash.
    Thanks.

All those FFR cars look great but that that red 818 looks totally awesome.

I also like the color on the roadster. A Silver/Grey? Whose car is it?

Jason identified it as: Here's a peek at our newly-painted Mk4 Roadster in the Factory Five booth just prior to the show's opening.

Does that mean they painted Dave's car again?

And Peter Brock just doesn't get old. Hope I have the chance to meet him someday, I've heard he is an Okay guy.

Keep the pictures and updates coming.

    Thanks guys, George

I really like this new paint job. How about a mini-thread or some comments on this including colour details and some great pictures. It's a very striking look.

All of the 818s have black wheels except for the 818r. Also can we get pics of the zip in windows on the red 818.

It's too bad the plan for displaying Erik's 818 EV build fell through. I think that really would show off the flexibility of this car.

Was it just not far enough along?

    Thursday, November 7th SEMA Update:
The crew has had lots of great news to report from this year’s SEMA Show. Last night, the 818R won Sony’s Gran Turismo Award for “Best Domestic Automobile”! Check out some new images from the past 24 hours and stay tuned for more.

The Factory Five crew with the Gran Turismo “Best Domestic Automobile” Award for the new 818R.

The award is on display in the cockpit of the 818R.

The Factory Five booth has been busy with show attendees taking a closer look at the demo cars and this GTM chassis.

Factory Five President Dave Smith caught up with our good friend Kevin Byrd from Two Guys Garage. Check your local listings for the upcoming episode filmed at the FFR-Mott Community College Build School later this month.

The red of the 818S really pops under the spotlights!

A few lucky attendees got the opportunity to try the car on for size.

Factory Five’s Colby Whipple and Jim Schenck have fielding a ton of inquiries throughout the show. With a day and a half remaining, they take a minute to give their voices a break.

    Way to go Factory Five!

More great press for the 818! You all must be very proud that all of the hard work to get here, has been recognized with such positive recognition!

But hold your breath; I suspect that there will be a lot of phone calls and orders placed for the 818!

    Congratulations and well done!
