Cockpit rear lower panels

Can anyone tell me where these two plates go. They say cockpit rear lower passenger side and drivers side. I can't seem to see how and where they go.

They go on the sides behind the seats. They close the gap between the rear waterfall and floor. I installed my speakers in these.
