The Subaru Killer B ULTIMATE Oil Pickup!

We have all heard the horror stories. You’re just driving down the road minding your own business and then boom your engine blows without warning.

This ULTIMATE OIL PICKUP uses a .12” thick double bracket, 3X OEM oil pickup tube thickness and a brace between bracket and oil pickup tube to further strengthen the assembly. This is a super duty, engineered solution. No other vendor has anything this rugged available, although I’m sure it will be copied. You asked for it, so here it is. Fits all EJ25 motors




The Subaru WRX/STi High Performance Baffle and Windage Tray:

Features and Advantages of the Killer B Motorsport Windage Tray / Baffle over the OEM piece.

• Closed rear section to prevent oil from sloshing into the crank under hard acceleration and aggressive shifts.
• Block contoured profile to minimize oil returning from the heads interfering with the crank.
• Directional louvers prevent oil in the pan from splash/sloshing into the crank.
• Low profile design to control windage and strip oil from the crank immediately to reduce oil “roping” on the crank.
• Improved oil entry to the pan/pickup to help prevent oil starvation.
• Made from stainless steel for long life, durability and corrosion resistance.

• Uses OEM baffle mounting locations
• Not a sandwich between pan & block design that is difficult to install and more prone to leak.
• No rubber parts that can sag and stay open after repeated heat cycling.
• Not Holy Cow expensive!

So what’s all this mean? It means more power due to the reduction in oil interfering with the rotation of the crank and allowing it to spin more freely. Unless it’s in the bearings, anytime oil comes in contact with the cranks or connecting rods it robs power. Reduction of oil splashing and beating off crank & connecting rods will also lower oil temperatures.

Our V2 Performance Oil pan is designed to reliably meet the demands of high performance Subaru Engines used on street or track applications. Oil Pan holds an extra 1.4 quarts of oil, +30% increase in capacity over OEM. Optimal Oil Pan was designed to work with our Ultimate Oil Pickup (OEM ones are known to break), but can be modified to work with the OEM pickup.

I had that header- But it would not fit YMMV. I do have a AJW motor though with all the internal goodies listed above

Sorry Chad if you mentioned this in your build thread and I missed it, but could you say where the interference was with those headers? Got a pic (even better)?

I can't confirm fitment for certain builds but if someone has all Killer B products, they should fit perfectly fine.

Hello folks, don't mean to revive a thread from the dead but wanted to give some input to this Killer B header issue.

So the Killer B header essentially fits all 02-05 WRX, and 04-07 STi. It should also fit all 08+ WRX, and STi but will NOT fit 06-07 WRX, LGT, and Forester XT this is because of the oil cooler, it is angled.

Sorry that it took us so long to figure this whole issue out, but now that is is hopefully we can put it to rest!
