Anyone put their fuel pump/filter behind the waterfall?

I am thinking about putting in a subwoofer box through the back wall and under the gas tank..right where I was going to put the electric fuel fuel pump for the Quick fuel EFI system I am about to install. I could put the fuel pump and filter behind the waterfall but might worry about the noise..although I can use mass loaded vinyl and foam to cut that down.

Anyone mount their fuel pump behind the waterfall?
