Slight rub in rear, spacers?
I have RPF1's in 5x100, 17x9 + 35 flair, and they rub Wayne's lower arms the tiniest bit. (255 Direzza Z2 star spec tires) It's worn the powdercoat right off and a small amount of the tire's face off.
I was thinking of running small spacers to ensure they don't (link) rub any more.
My question is 2 part:
-Is this alright on stock studs? I figure 3mm is probably okay, but maybe that's pushing the limits of the stock studs.
-Is there another way to get more clearance that I'm not thinking of? I can't find a light wheel with less offset in that size.

Frank,
have you modified spacers to move the front of the lower trailing arm toward the center of the car?

Yes I have. The rub is slightly worse on one side than the other. It barely rubs, but it definitely does.
