I received a PM about IOS support for pic uploads this AM. Admittedly, I'm a PC guy and haven't tested pic uploads on IOS so I'll do some testing today and update the thread with the results of my testing ASAP.

    Hi Dave,
I run Mac computers and have never had the option of a multi-pic upload. Tried a few browsers but none proved to be a workaround. Curious to know if this is a known limitation or some sort of persistent user error. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

    Hi Fletch,

Unfortunately due to Flash going away it's been single file uploads of both PC and apple for a while now. It's an area that needs to be worked on a bit. I program this stuff all the time (drag and drop file uploading) but in a different language. I can see if there have been any new updates...

OK so I checked, and found an update.

Can you please check and see if you can upload up to 5 pics at a time? This fix is for both PC and Mac.

NOTE: Older versions of IE should be avoided and are not supported.

Nice improvement! Thanks for that. I use the image gallery a lot and have just put up with the single file upload.

If anyone is still struggling with any of this, I found this today. New way to resize photos in bulk from windows explorer in Windows 10. Works like a charm, and you can customize the size they end up. Very handy.

Dave, I followed your instruction, but the photo I want to upload shows an extension of .HEIC I renamed it to .JPG in my photo folder ( I am using a MacBook Air) But it still shows as an .HEIC file after I hit Add File..... , thus Invalid file name and will not upload.

    Ideas?

    Chris

Sorry to jump in, perhaps instead of renaming the file, open the .HEIC image and do a “save as” and then choose.jpg or .png for example.

    Hi David,

I'm having the following issue when trying to upload pictures using Google Chrome. Most of the time I have not issues but in this case it seems to think the picture is still there when it's not.

    I select the files:

It shows the 2 files selected. They've been resized already

I click upload then then done and receive this message. No files appear in the attachment box. Sorry I just realized I wasn't showing that in the screen shots. These files are not already uploaded as I've verified many time. I've even tried renaming and sizing again with no luck.. I'm been in IT for years so I'm fairly computer savvy but this has me a bit frustrated.
