Factory Five ID Plate

Is there any way I can get the FF ID plate for the chassis on my MK III Roadster build. It was purchased from another builder and the State of Maryland requires
a VIN or Plate on the FRAME. There is no FF Serial informatin on the chassis.

The FF serial number is stamped on the frame. Just behind the dash to the left of the steering wheel.
