04 Forester 2.5L engine?

Hello everyone,
I am looking at a 2004 Forester 2.5L engine this weekend. If I get the ECU (5 Speed), engine wiring harness, radiator, and stock headers, am I good to go? I have a complete set of parts from a donor 2003 WRX.

I have a 2003 WRX motor but want to go NA for now. I assume easier wiring and less complexity without the inter-cooler/turbo and stuff.

The transmission should bolt right up to the 2.5. Not sure if I need more of the wiring harness than just the engine part.

any help would be great!

Do I need the gauge cluster? Not sure if things are compatible between 2003 WRX and 2004 Forrester
