1992 Limited Edition Mustang 5.0L LX Convertible

92 Limited Edition Mustang 5.0L LX Convertible

    Vibrant Red paint
    Monotone exterior
    White convertible top
    Ebony convertible headliner/Unique rear spoiler
16-inch Opal Pearlescent cast aluminum wheels
    16-inch P225/55ZR BSW All-Season tires
Unique white leather seating surfaces with black piping
    White door panels
Ebony interior components including map pockets

This car being 1 of the 2,193 produced in 1992, well optioned with the 5.0L, power steering, power windows, power locks, power top, factory air conditioning, intermittent wipers, cruise control, and automatic overdrive transmission. Of course an aftermarket AM/FM/CD player is obviously installed. While not a show car, it's been well kept and spent most of it's life in Texas, before recently coming to Georgia and South Carolina. 121,xxx original miles, the car has just had it's automatic transmission completely rebuilt. Newer tires and brakes with less than 1,000 miles, and a convertible top that is just a few years old. As is typical, the drivers seat required recovering, and was done just this past month. passenger and rear seats show some wear, but no rips or tears and should clean up nicely with a professional detail job. Drivers door panel has a wear though in the upper right hand corner where it rubs the side of the dash, otherwise the interior is in nice shape. Paint is in nice shape with the exception of some clear coat peeling on the rear bumper, left front fender trim, and some scraping off the front bumper just below the passenger headlamp as shown in the pictures. Mechanically, everything, including the AC works as it should, and I would not hesitate to drive the car cross country at a moments notice. This is a two family, always adult owned, and never smoked in convertible. Currently it is a 6th car in a 2 driver family,

Asking price is $6,700obo, no trades, serious inquires only please.

Did you sell it? I have its stablemate, with a 5 speed. My A/C was dealer installed. I bought it new in Seattle.
