Very happy that i went 4mm more agressif to get that 3" rear lip for the wheels. The wiring is started and i must say Edward is a huge help !!
The suspension will need some ajustements. The body is on since i left for vacation and my guys can ajust the side pipe, windshield and alot more

Do you have a build thread for the mini? I've been looking at doing a BEC myself and would love to see your buildup.
I can do anything with enough time and money.

I do but but its in french and most of the pictures are gone. check you'r PM

So finaly got the top after 6 months, wasn't expecting having it this ruff. There's going to be alot of work needed, manly Trimming it to lower it and have it fit perfectly. The top is from Bruce i payed 500$ for the hardware, didn't get the rear window and i was surprised to only get a few metal brackets for my 500$.

Once its done and lowered it should look something like this.

Very busy at work, the cobra is sitting at the body shop. They trimmed and installed the side pipes, only missing to install the windshield and trim the hardtop. I might be changing the leather of the dash for all alcantara, a bit like a superleggera. What you guys think ?

Boy, he sure left you a lot of work to do on that top! Based on the rest of your build, I know you will get it right.

I enjoy your updates, and your car looks great!

I look forward to seeing the rest of your build.

    Regards,

    Steve

Bought a new house that needed some renovation to put it at my taste. Also built a nice seperated garage for the Toys. Since thats done, i can finaly get back on the cobra.

Still working on that top !

Had to add 1/2" to match the door lines.

The top is nice and solid molded to the body, very easy to pop off.

Molded the bracket for the rear hatch

They also worked on the windshield ton make it perfect

Can't wait to bring it home, get it striper down and start it

It’s Been awhile since I havn’t updated my build.

The top is done ! The car is painted, A/c system is bleeded and should be working, windows are done, carpet is done, dash is almost done. We might have a finished car within a few months.

Ripped the intake so i can work on the AC systeme.

All the big aluminum panels are in place *tu* man it takes long to install that

The headers are so close to the foot boxes, this isolation is realy needed.
Absolutely love that steering wheel and I’m assuming your working on a “murdered out” (learned that from my adult kids) - look. Very nice craftsmanship and your ripping along...

The silver-gray is stunning in contrast to your carbon black wheels. Really look forward to seeing this finished.

Great work! Can you tell me more about how you mounted the steering wheel? Did you redrill the FFR boss?

    Thanks

    Geoff

Edit: I found the information earlier on in your build. Thanks.

Any pics of the AC system installed? Looking at that myself but can't find many builds doing Coyote and A/C, much less any pics or information on what was required.

The car is pretty much 98% done. I must say a BIG thank you to EdwardB, you were great help and a real inspiration to finish the car !

Here's a few pictures at a local race track, that is unfortunately closing at the end of the summer.
