Coyote into mk4 built for 302 pushrod

What would be required to put a coyote into a mk4 that has been built with a 302 from a 91 stang? I know motor, trans, driveshaft, gas pedal, wiring, exhaust. But what about frame, aluminum, etc changes are needed?

The DS foot box inside sheet metal will need to be reworked/changed to get the needed clearance for the bigger engine at the left side head/valve cover. FFR may sell the two or three panels needed or if you are wanting to do the work yourself I can supply drawings. The frame doesn't need any changes. The remaining work is connecting the ancillary parts and finding places for the control pack parts. If you aren't using J pipes, the Stainless Headers are an excellent choice for connecting up the side pipes. There are several good threads that show the Coyote install and solving the packaging problems. Oh, and your wallet is going to get a little smaller.
