Bill was able to get his car titled and tagged. After putting several hundred miles on the car he felt an odd vibration under accelration and cruising around 60mph. After i drove the car I verified his findings. We ended up having to raise the rear of the trans 1.38" and problem solved. Thanks to all that chimed in on the vibration thread you were a big help. Bill really enjoys the car and I am so happy for him. We hope to both enjoy our MK4's together in the future some.

Do you still put silicone to the panels before you rivet them together?

Today we were able to Mock up the foot boxes, front splash panels, firewall and coat some stuff as well as paint some of the unpainted metal parts black. The foot boxes are done with Lizard skin sound deadner and ceramic heat coating on the outside. Splash shields with truck bed liner. Bill working hard on trunk aluminum.
