Cool, My inside paint is two stage and will be satin on the interior to alleviate any unnecessary additional glare. I have SikaTack windshield glue system which i will most likely use to glue them in. I will also see if its worth getting the local windshield repair person to install it as well. TY!

Found the glass! FFR said it was in box 31 in a box of its own, so look for a different box with glass only. That is what happens when i put things in a safe place!

I have roll cage so has to go on top of that, and dynamat in top of cab. Will mount on top of middle bar and can put forward under fiberglass but would like to have it back some but will be under dynamat.

Put in all the dynamat( as used in big trucks & tractors), the floor piece in front of seats pulls out for cleaning. The line on side of trans tunnel is where the top comes off, didn't think i could find it if didn't splice it.IMG_8110.JPGIMG_8111.JPGIMG_8112.JPGIMG_8113.JPGIMG_8115.JPGIMG_8116.JPGIMG_8119.JPG

Did some cutting on front fenders , so that my big tires clear when at full turn.IMG_8120.JPGIMG_8122.JPG
Had a small crack on hood so i ground out all inside fiberglass and did over. It was some of the first glass work i did and had some problems then, found air pocket on both sides.IMG_8121.JPG
First look at lights and bumper with car on floor--I like!IMG_8124.JPG

Good day! Our son helped put in the front & back glass, this is what we usedIMG_8131.JPG The back was very eazy. Front not so much, because i wanted to fill around outside of glass to body. I went around the cab with a bure in the drill so as to get down to fiberglass and have it ruff for glue.
Need a lot of rags or shop towels, and acetone will cut the glueIMG_8127.JPGIMG_8128.JPG
Working on door handles, think i have a fix for them, more to come.

OK here are pics of the fix for the door handle. IMG_8132 - Copy.JPGIMG_8132 - Copy.JPGIMG_8133.JPGIMG_8134.JPGIMG_8136.JPGIMG_8137.JPGIMG_8141.JPGIMG_8142.JPGIMG_8143.JPGIMG_8145.JPGIMG_8147.JPG
The stop needs to be strong so will not bend, you can use thicker or thinner bushings on stop tp fine tune. I used the backing plate to mark holes for handle so it lined up with stile line.

For any one that would like to use the ford alternator, the alternator that is for automatic cars comes with solid pulley. When i was looking for a one ever one told me no!

Two things (alternator went out after new regulator. about 100 miles or so with gage fluxing. Will take back and find out the problem)
and ( the t56 reverse lockout module did not work right, put new one on and it worked then the module grounded, checked all wiring good so put a interrupting switch on shifter all's good.)
A note on rostra cruise control, with lockout wired in it would not set a cruise, after that uas out the cruise works very good.

OK how many times do we have to read the instructions to get it right??
Only plug setting switch into left side of gage. I looked at the one that worked and it was on the left and others on right, sooo read instructions!

As you all know i have permanent top, so would like windows to work good! That is harder to get than doors. Hours and have one that is fair, it is tight on top corners but not all the way, had to have runner to back of window then put spacers were window is bolted to works to get the top in. Pics later.

Ok, the window workIMG_8177.JPGIMG_8176.JPGIMG_8171.JPG pics show door top aluminum with hagen wisker strips, all will be worked to fit door top.
    The added runner in backIMG_8173.JPG
The washers usedIMG_8172.JPG as spacers, may need to take one or so out, you can use fender washers for thinner spacers.
The last pic shows front runner that i moved back so glass is full in runner, spacer between bracket and runner.IMG_8175.JPG

Whent to CHP and was told i had to go to BAR first before he could give VIN#. I have a problem with alternator charging, new regulator but no charge. Ford control pack with three wires to ford alt, worked to start then would over amp then quit. New regulator then would not hold steady amp and quit. I will check for damaged wires--then???

Coyote engine (2014) with ford control pack, and ford alternator that came with engine. Can anyone tell me what the three wires to alternator do? Or how to wire around the ECM?
Have new alternator good wires but no work!

SOOO the alternator went and welded together, belt gone. Bought new alternator for auto trans ( solid pulley) put it all on and did not work as we were looking for. Today called Ford Racing gave all info and was told to NOT plug in the three
wire alternator plug! sems to work but the pulley is smaller and i had the belt for clutch pulley , it ate belt, got hot and waited for son to get belt . Car back in shop. Will get a shorter belt tomorrow.

I have to go to a different CHP office to get VIN#. The one i went to the officer will not do the VIN because he says i have a race motor and not Ca. admission legal!! Wants nothing to do with BAR or SB100.
So DMV can't do my SB100 # without the VIN #.
