    289 exhaust

    Getting ready to fire the motor and want to see I mean hear what the side pipes are like.can I mount the side pipes before the body goes on?looks like they just run parallel to the chassis, I don’t want to drill any extra holes in the chassis. 289 guys help!

    Yes you can. You will have to remove when putting body on later.

    I would not "mount them" if you are worried about extra holes... you will want the ability to adjust the pipes a little bit after the body is on because the pipe is close the actual body in front of the foot box.
