    Spindle sheet metal

Picked up a pair of spindles from Pull-A-Parts, the sheet metal is in horrible condition. I would like to replace the sheet metal, is there a supply source/vendor that everyone's is using for this?image.jpgimage.jpg

I would not run the splash guards. You do not see them on after market brakes.

To reinforce the above two responses here are a couple of pictures with no dust shields installed.

Pull them off and hammer them to get the aerodynamics correct, then frisbee them into the nearest dumpster...

There is one function that they provide, and may be worth while to keep. The brake disks get hot and the dust shield acts as a heat shield to the steering parts.
