I would think it might be the one that Phil Spector ended up owning for a short period of time, but this is just a W.A.G.
My wife liked it too, who by the way also has the same name as the driver of that famed G.T.O.
Thanks for posting because we haven't seen this since we were kids.

Hahaha. Went around the same turn 3 times
Here's where they all are now: Look! Number 13!

A little info on number 13 itself:

Well thankfully they didn't wreck it, for the sake of the show. Back then, they probably could have bought a Daytona pretty cheap, and the Monkey show was making decent money, as it was a big hit. Some nice classics were wrecked in far lesser shows.
I was watching the 64 running of the 12hr's of Sebring, that Daytona CSX2287 won. The driver was complaining how hot it was in the car. So during a pit stop, they just grabbed a pair of tin snips, and hacked into the aluminum roof. Cut a ragged hole, and bent the aluminum back to create a scoop. No respect for it back then....lol..
Here's the video that show that.

A bump up, for those members who may not have seen these videos before, as well as a new one, produced by Pat Bondurant.

Another cool old video, some scenes with Ken Miles behind the wheel.

This one is a longer version. The title is misleading, obviously someone using it as click-bait. There is some pretty good footage of old race cars, custom cars, and a few races.
