Louisiana title?

He received his plate on Monday.

I'll be going through it in a month or so..
I'm not sure of our options as far as what it will be titled as. What type of insurance I'm being quoted on is dependent on what is on the title. I'd like to get some info on insurance options as well as registration.

Just realized this is for the 33 roadster. I'm thinking mk4 sorry

Usudno, actually the info is still good. Title attainment should be the same for both. Registration in LA is easy after you get the title. In fact, I got the concurrently when I did my mk2, but that was long ago and many beers and babies since have ruined my memory of it. I do remember several trips to state police inspector and main DMV office.

Oh wow. That would be nice. I live in troop A, but years ago I had to take it to troop I to meet the one guy in all of Louisiana that handled it. A couple trips. That would be nice.

I may call them once the car is here and get the lowdown. Maybe once all parts here (motor and trans next year maybe) I can get a head start if they make house calls.
