Crower Fuel injection system 8 pack

Hi I am new to this forum and I am wondering what kind of car does a Crower fuel injection system 8 pack go on? I have a brand new one that I am trying to sell and I don't know where to start. Does it go on a hot rod car? It looks like the type of thing that sticks out the hood of a car. Can someone guide me? Thanks
