    Brake Balace Bar Wilwood box

This is my first experience with the Wilwood pedal box and balance bar set up for the brakes. I have mocked up the rear brake MC on the outside and the front brake MC in the middle. The setup seems loose and sloppy to me but perhaps that is normal? When the pedal is depressed the travel in the rear MC is greater. Is this correct? Am I missing something?

    Thanks,

Set it up with exactly the clearances list in the instructions. Center the balance bar to start, again as stated in the instructions. Don't draw any further conclusions until you have fluid it in and bled. They work fine.

Side comment. I see you left the pedal box mounting bracket unfinished. That plain steel will rust like crazy. Doesn't matter I guess but personally I'd put some rattle can paint on it.

As always, thanks so much for the help! I am actually just mocking up the box at the moment and will have the brackets powder coated before the final assembly.
